The Southend Safeguarding Partnership (Southend Safeguarding Adults Board (SSAB) and Southend Safeguarding Children Partnership (SSCP)) cannot accept case referrals from professionals or act on concerns from members of the public.

Please use the ‘Prevention Team’ (for adults) and/or ‘C-SPOC’ (Children’s Single Point of Contact) contact details below and not the SSAB or SSCP contact information, to refer a case to Southend City Council Social Care.

ADULTS – If you are concerned about the safety and wellbeing of an Adult please call 01702 215008 option 5 then option 1 for assistance from the Southend City Council Adult Social Care Team. Click here to make an Adult Safeguarding Referral online

CHILDREN – If you are concerned about the safety and wellbeing of a Child please make a referral to the Children’s Single Point of Contact team using their Southend Children’s Services Portal.
