Safeguarding Adults Week Launch Event

To kick off Safeguarding week 2025, we are hosting a launch event on the 17th November! Come join our event to listen to presentations and chat with organisations! There will be presentations from the NSPCC about online safety and South Yorkshire Police on Clare’s law. Organisation including local hospitals, victim support, NSPCC, Police, Doncaster Council Adult and Child Social care, Healthwatch along with others will be there to chat with the public and network with each other! 

Focusing on the national theme of prevention, this event will kick off a series of events throughout safeguarding week in Doncaster where partners and organisations will be looking at forms of abuse and what we can all do to prevent abuse from happening within our local area. A key theme we will be honing in on is making safeguarding personal, and making it everyone’s business.
