We offer peer support through pregnancy, birth and beyond to help parents feel supported, confident and prepared for the journey ahead.
We know that becoming a parent can have its ups and downs. Our peer supporters are local parents who have been there too - we're here to listen, without judgement.
From one to one support to a range of groups and workshops to help you prepare and meet other local parents, we can help to build confidence, feel prepared and be a part of your community. From Stay, Play and Chat groups to fitness groups, antenatal classes and first aid, we have something for everyone!
All parents are welcome. We run workshops just for dads/partners and Young Parents Clubs too!
